Terms of service
A summary of the terms that govern Divelai. Your signed customer agreement and order form take precedence over this page.
Service description and availability
The hosted service targets 99.9% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Service credits for missed availability are set out in your customer agreement.
Acceptable use
Use of Divelai is subject to the acceptable use policy, including the prohibition on attempts to re-identify data through another tenant’s vault.
Fees and term
Fees, billing schedule, and term are set out in your order form. Beta pilots are scoped separately and do not renew automatically.
Warranties and disclaimers
Divelai provides the service with reasonable skill and care. Divelai supports your compliance obligations but does not assume them, and does not warrant that using the service makes you compliant with any law or framework.
Liability and indemnity
Each party’s liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited. Specific carve-outs, including for data incidents, are set out in your customer agreement.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Delaware, unless your customer agreement states otherwise.
